Ms. Medvick received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from McKendree College in 1992. She has obtained the following certifications: Microsoft Certified Professional, Certified SonicWall Security Administrator, Novell Certified Network Administrator, Avaya Implementation Professional Specialist and Avaya Professional Sales Specialist, Allworx Certified Professional, 3CX Certified Engineer.
